STORY : Double Oak matured, Our Distrikt American Oak Whiskey ~ finished a further three months in an uncharred, virgin oak French Mini Cask wet with 17 year old sherry from W.A’s Orange Grove region
EYES : Mahogany
NOSE : Dark cherry, Satsuma Plum compote. Toffee, butterscotch, honey & subtle oak nuances. Layered & complex
FINISH : Smooth, rich vibrant palate with an explosion of red fruits and European terroir

AMERICAN OAK SOLERO
STORY : A blend of the American Oak & American Oak Whiskies from Batch 1, finished in a second American Oak mini cask soaked with 20 year old fortified liqueur Shiraz from a master of fortifieds in the Swan Valley W.A.
EYES : Deep amber / mahogany
NOSE : Hints of Christmas cake, & old vine Shiraz. Dark chocolate, raisin & spice
FINISH : Christmas pudding, ginger , walnuts, Manuka smoke. Full bodied, rich & complex
OAK : American Oak Octave 27 months transferred into a second fortified Shiraz Solero Cask (Soaked) from a Swan Valley WA icon for 3 months prior to bottling. A blend of Cask 1 & 2 Whiskies.

The ‘Black Lismore’ Square Decanter from Waterford Crystal has been custom laser etched with our own ‘Murmuration Thru Space’ artwork and pieced together into a unique collectors edition set.
Each set will come with a bottle of the French Toast ‘Murmuration Thru Space’ Whiskey (Early number) & a complimentary King Brown, 648ml, collector’s edition beer bottle of ‘Cask Strength’ 68.4% Hungarian Oak Whiskey from the first ever cask to be decanted & enjoyed with the piece.
